Returns and Refund Policy
Under the UK Distance Selling Act you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, you then have another 14 days to return the goods in sellable condition. I will then refund you, to the card / Paypal account with which you ordered the items, within 7 days of receiving the goods back. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to me unless I delivered it to you in error or it is faulty. The Normal For Glastonbury Book
All paperback copies of ‘Normal For Glastonbury’ the Paperback are signed ‘Best Wishes, Vicki’ on the title page. (Except those purchased from Amazon). If you would like your book unsigned, or dedicated to you or a friend, please let me know what name and message you would like in the ‘Note’ field when you make your order. Please note personalised copies cannot be returned for refund unless they are faulty.
Gift Wrapped Items
I will gift wrap any item for you in tasteful recyclable kraft wrapping paper for an additional cost of £3, I will handwrite a gift tag with the names and message of your choice, please put the details in the notes field when you make the order. You can have the gift sent direct to the recipient by selecting their address as the delivery address. To purchase the gift-wrap service select the ‘Add Gift Wrap?’ option underneath the shopping cart.
